Hollywood Hallmark considers your satisfaction our #1 priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. Any returns must be complete with tags, undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original boxes if applicable. The refund will include the original billed amount plus return shipping charges. Hollywood Hallmark must be notified of any mistake within 5 business days of the delivery receipt date. Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved byHollywood Hallmark, must come from a non-smoking household, and will not have the return shipping refunded. The refund will include the original billed amount less original shipping charges. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

Hollywood Hallmark accepts money orders, personal checks, credit and debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Paypal is also accepted. Payments by check or money order are due within 7 days of purchase date.
